Not Good
We visited on 8/31/03, 6:00 with high expectations; as we'd heard praises sung from the rafters, Mid West Living, etc. They must know who the food critics are and treat them differently. Our server had no personality; never checked back to see how everything was, must of known we wen't pleased. I ordered the Oriental Chicken salad, and counted 4 slivers of chicken, and the lettuce was drowning in a very bland dressing. My husband had the glacier bay fish sandwich, poor fish must have been on weight watchers, they were thin and tastless. The onion rings were not cooked all the way through, partially raw. We felt very taken for the $28.40 we spent. As I already noted, our waiter never asked, and we are not the type to make a fuss in a restaurant.

I would not take into consideration that it was a holiday weekend, a place such as this that expects crowds needs to check on the quality control.    [05 Sep 2003 08:54:56]

Great Place
This Restuarant is one of my favorite. The food here is great. I don't know how people could not like this place, the employees are some of the nicest people in duluth. Keep up the great work!    [02 Aug 2004 15:04:44]

Not Good
I agree with Deb above. SMALL portions, high prices and rude waitstaff. This place is advertised as award-winning and fun for business and pleasure. We had a terrible expereince and came away still hungry after a $50.00 restaurant bill for four people. Not recommended by me.    [29 Jan 2005 16:49:04]
