Minneapolis's Finest Deli I headed into CrossRoads Deli because I heard the bread was fabulous...and it was. I ordered their famous "Chicken in the Pot," and for those of us who had a European grandmother in the kitchen, this is exactly what it tastes like. I was impressed with the service and the atmosphere was good. My friend ordered their spinach salad which was enormous and delectable. We settled on some brownies for dessert and were in heaven. Highly recommended for those people who want a good deli....this one is it. [28 May 2003 13:37:20]

Excellent This is one of our favorite places, no matter what the time of day. Their open-faced Reuben is wonderful, soups are all excellent. The chopped chicken livers appetizer is a perfect lunch-time meal. Never had anything we didn't like. Service is sometimes slow but ALWAYS friendly. Can be a bit loud at times. It is just a great place! [24 Dec 2004 17:57:04]

lazy people We get take out food here and the help is so lazy as time goes on. they make excuses for everything! They claim they have Chicago style hotdogs but it tastes like shoe leather, go and do your research and do it right! [31 Oct 2005 21:23:01]

I highly recommend their cabbage borscht. It is to die for!! I've been there over a dozen times and it continues to be as good as the first time. They have an appetizer that consists of pickled beets, pickles, and different variety slices of deli bread.
The service is outstanding and atmosphere is a deli-ght! Obviously, I can't recommend it enough. You won't be disappointed. [21 Jan 2007 18:46:55]
