Entertain with no apologies
You know the problem. You need to entertain someone who has a higher standard for dining than you think can be sustained by the rather dismal restaurant scene in Moorhead-Fargo. Sarello's presents elements of dining that compliment each other to deliver an experience that is better than the sum of its parts-- a wine list worthy of any I've seen, a complementary decor and attentive (but not intrusive service), interesting entrees all combine to make this one of the great jewels of the community and a restaurant that could hold its own in larger metropolitan areas. Be prepared for a leisurely and completely satisfying dinner that will impress your out-of-town visitors, especially those with developed expectations.
