Horrible Customer Service with Manager
We had an error with an order, which was no big deal, and were told they would just credit us next time we ordered. We called a week later and they said we had no credit because they were going to fix us a new pizza the week before. I tried to explain that we had waited an hour the week before and we had just wanted to eat our dinner but the manager jumped down my throat saying, "Hey lady, I can get a pizza out to you but it will be an hour!" I wasn't even calling to complain and I knew the wait would be long because of a football game. I just wanted to place an order for the evening and ask about a credit we had been told we had. I felt completely attacked. We ordered from this place at least once a month because we love the food, but the manager did not seem to care at all. Unfortunately this experience left me feeling very upset and in tears. I just think customers should know how a loyal customer was treated.    [12 Sep 2004 19:03:50]

The Best
Great tasting pizza. I haven't found anything in the Twin Cities area this good. I wouldn't expect great service, I've seen people walk out after waiting a couple minutes when it's busy. But then again, people expect to be waited on hand and foot at restaurants. You'll get your food and refills on drinks.
