the cabbage rolls!!
I have recently moved away from MN, and it saddens me that I no longer can get their cabbage rolls and challah. The food is great, and the people are very friendly. I always bump into people I know there. I can't wait to visit!    [28 Jun 2005 16:08:26]

A different opinion
I do live in the area and have done so for many years. It is better to have Fishman's here than not have him if you keep Kosher but neither the food, service or ambiance meets Midwestern standards. If you are use to going to Boro Park Brooklyn Kosher style eateries and shops you will feel at home. Service is almost non-existant. It takes forever sometimes to get the food. Some days there is little selection. If you want a pleasant place to sit and enjoy a meal with a family with good service, pleasant surroundings this is not it.
He has a small but captive audiance and little to no competition so why improve.    [19 Mar 2007 15:17:46]
