Nice Treatment, St Charles
Although this doesn't pertain to the food, I thought I would let you know what nice treatment I received when we had a problem.

Yesterday, I had ordered a sandwich and specified strongly that there was to be No cheese put on the sandwich. When it came, I didn't look (my mistake) and when I had eated at least half of it, guess what, it had cheese on it. I am allergic to dairy and I was horrified. I promptly went to the bathroom to try and rid myself of it. What a horrible experience.

Anyway, the manager, David Norby, was very apolegetic and handled the matter with caring and dispatch. Of course I am very sick today but I know it was a mistake on the chef's part, and one doesn't mind getting this sick when you have nice people working for you like Mr Norby. Thank you very much.
