The Best Italian Restaurant In Kansas City
I have lived in Kansas City for 22 years and I have tried every Italian restaurant, there is only one authentic, and that is JASPER'S. The food, service, atmosphere and owners are # 1 in KC. The new outdoor patio is the best view in Kansas City. FIVE STARS ******    [16 Jun 2002 18:25:58]
