I've been to Coyote's three times; twice for lunch and once for dinner. Each time the food has been quite good. They offer a surprisingly broad menu ranging from Mexican to pasta, pizza, and wings. (I counted, and they offer over 60 different entrees, appetizers, pizzas, burgers/ sandwiches, wings, and salads!)

I've had the blackened chicken quesadilla and the blackened chicken pasta and both were excellent, served up hot, and well seasoned.

The servers aren't the fastest and the orders sometimes take awhile to arrive, but that's not unusual for diner/bar establishment. The meals I've had so far have been worth the wait.

If you're looking for an inexpensive, local, down-home cafe experience, Coyote's will definitely satisfy.    [25 Apr 2007 23:53:57]

First time and loved it.
There was 5 of us. We decided to try Coyote because of a coupon. We were in the non-smoking area. It was an okay area. We did not smell the smoke. The food was wonderful. The waiter made a mistake with one of our orders. But they fixed it within a short time. They treated us really well and made sure we were happy and full. I have not tried their wings, but I heard it's the best. My steak was perfect. It was medium and tasted wonderful. We plan to go there again.    [07 Jul 2007 23:18:50]
