It's the South, and they serve Southern-style food -- that usually means fried!
The prices are reasonable and service is acceptable. It's not fancy, but the food is good home cooking. Penns' fried pickles are a real treat, and Penns has the best anywhere! Stay away from the cole slaw though.    [19 Jan 2007 19:41:52]
