Poor service
I ordered two pizzas to be delivered around 6:15 p.m.. I was told the pizzas would be delivered in 30-45 min..
At 7:30 someone from Mazzio's called and said they couldn't deliver my order because it was out of their area. Mazzio's has delivered to us many times and we are only 3 miles from their location. When I spoke to the manager he refused to give me the area supervisor's telephone number.
I feel I should have been informed that they had changed their delivery area when I placed my order not an hour and fifteen minutes later.    [26 Mar 2005 20:39:44]
