Very Poor Service
After being seated we waited 45 minutes to have our order taken. 3 different table of people that came after us got their food and left before we ordered. I ordered a rare steak and got a well done one. When asked to see a manager he never came to the table. When leaving the restaurant I overheard another lady asking why another couple was seated before them, because they had been waiting 20 minutes or so, and the waitress simply said the other couple were friends of hers.    [01 Jan 2005 03:30:06]

Unsanitary
We waited to be served way too long. When our food finally came; one order was wrong. While asking the waiter to carry it back the other 3 people at my table noticed that their plates were not clean. These plates were actually just raked off (definitely not washed) and our food put on them. One plate had catsup on it (still soft, not dried). My wife's plate was supposed to have a waffle on it. Showing out from under the waffle was egg residue. This was not the residue that is sometimes left by the dishwasher; this was soft left over egg from someone elses plate. What concerns me about this is that not only whoever was supposed to wash this plate, did not, but the cook also had to willingly put our food on a dirty plate. IHOP is generally a really good place to eat but this type of incompentence is not only unexcusable but also unsanitary. IHOP management needs to seriously look into this situation and ensure that this NEVER happens again.    [17 Mar 2007 11:30:37]
