Summit Station Lodge A MUST, East Glacier!
Well, if interested in awesome, tasty culinary food, this is the place. Best place to eat in East Glacier!. I visited for 2 days, had the Summit Station Sirloin, simply incredible. Xavier, the chef will flavour your life. The mountain view is incredible and the service is impecable. The fauna around Summit covered 5 animals while I visited; Grizzle, moose, elk, deer and moutain goats... You must stop and check that place.    [28 Jun 2003 05:01:12]

Don't go there
Chef is long gone. We were there in early September, and the combined experience of the entire staff was less than a week. There was no menu or wine list as state din the website. They served one dish which was often cold. Was advised that the owner has not been there for over 4 months.    [15 Sep 2004 08:49:11]

Fine Dining, Great staff, beautiful accommodations
We visited the lodge and experienced the most incredible dining in a long time. They have 2 chefs, we had the ahi tuna, which was prepared to perfection with pea soup. The staff is equally superb. You will not be disappointed. The flyfishing is also incredible.    [25 Dec 2005 23:16:49]

Best Place to be in Glacier!!
Hey, we just stayed at SUMMIT. It is a great place, all the staff is cordial, attentive and helpful. The dinners were simply out of this world. Gus and the other chef have a creativity. We will be back. By the way, the flyfishing was incredible as well. A "must" if you visit Summit Station.    [18 Mar 2006 16:37:41]
