Best Whaaat?
When I first saw the Best Wok on 10th, I was excited. I'm an avid Panda Express follower, so I thought this would be a somewhat comparable substitute. Nothing could be further from the truth. It has a decrepit interior that hasn't been remodeled. The service is abrupt and impolite. You don't order off a menu; it's fast food style (the food is set up like in a food court).

I ordered the "General's chicken". I make better food than this at home. I order the General's chicken and they shortchange me on the meat. You know what I'm talking about. Here's what she must have been thinking: Let's put the meat on the plate, - oh no, I put too much meat on - I'll just take a few pieces off. I was sore at that but it turns out that she did me a favor. I sunk my teeth into the first piece of chicken and could only describe my face as if I was transformed into a baby and my mom fed me lemon for the first time. My stomach instantly soured and grease began oozing from my pores.

I just know that I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemies. This place is a waste of space on 10th, is an eyesore, and its existence deeply insults me.    [28 Feb 2006 12:10:53]
