Buckwheat Pancakes
My mother always used to cook us buckwheat pancakes when we went camping. Now it's hard to find a buckwheat pancake mix, and it's been a while since I had them. I was delighted to find them on The Running Bear's menu. Their biscuits and gravy is also great. The service was friendly, the restaurant clean, neat and inviting. We were in West Yellowstone for two and a half days, snowmobiling, and ate at Running Bear two of the three mornings, missing the first day because we hadn't discovered it yet.

They also will take orders for box lunches a half hour before they open, so your lunch can be waiting for you when you go in for breakfast.    [17 Feb 2007 18:32:55]
