These folks roast their own beans in Hillsborough, and serve some of the freshest coffee in town. They regularly have baristas enter competitions, and offer free cupping sessions.

The menu offers fine coffees, teas, and espresso drinks along with the traditional frozen style drinks and panini sandwiches.
