More than just a casual cafe
While visiting the Charlotte area, my family and I went to Cheddars to try a different restaurant than what was in our home area (DC). We discovered a great experience in Cheddars. So, anytime I am in the area, Cheddars is definitely one of my places to eat. Everything (service, price, atmosphere, quality, and portions) is great about them. Lousy Management
Called ahead to reserve seating for State team returning home after a win. WAS TOLD to bring everyone that they had seats. When we arrived they said they have them, but don't hold them. TOTALLY RUINED THE NIGHT. We had to scramble to find other arrangements. The manager was so rude to our group.

Never again. Business must be that good that they don't need to try to accommodate anyone. WHEN WE ARRIVED THERE WERE 30 SEATS OPEN, but they wouldn't give them to us. I don't know if it was because some of us were of color? Terrible.    [04 Nov 2007 07:10:28]

Everything Was Wonderful
I love Cheddars It's in my budget great food and atmosphere great staff. I would return weekly if I had time. I would recommend anybody there.    [14 Dec 2007 15:52:59]

Totally shocked
I went there over the summer just to try it out and i was amazed by the prices and the quality of the food. If you want to have the best experience of their environment, go early in the day on a weekday where it's not as busy and can get their best service.    [16 Jan 2008 21:22:57]
