First of all I have only had food delivered from this resturant so I can't comment on the experience of dining in. I love this resturant for the following reasons:

1. They are fast. I have ordered from other Chinese resturants before and they take forever. I got my order within 20 minutes of ordering from this resturant.

2. They package food neatly. Have you ever gotten your food only to discover that the sauce from your entree is all over the outside of the paper container? Well, these guys put the entree in a container that has a lid tightly sealed so everything stays neat and clean.

3. The food is delivered hot. I purchased soup from them and it was as hot as it would have been off my stove.

4. The food is high quality. Everything tastes wonderful and is cooked just the way you'd expect. They also give you the opportunity to give special instructions on how to prepare the food if you order from www.delivery.com

5. Good value for the money. Considering the quality of ingredients and portion size, there prices are very reasonable. Two people can eat for under $20 easily. If you want to splurge I would definately recommend the cheif specialties.
