Best Pancakes
Joey's has the best pancakes you will ever put in your mouth and the hashbrown casserole is the absolute best in the world. My husband says the corned beef hash is the best he has ever eaten.    [15 Dec 2005 18:40:04]

Hashbrown Casserole Is Good
My family visited Maggie Valley Feb. 10 - 15..Joeys Pancake House was great..We only had to wait about 15 minutes for a seat..Breakfast is breakfast..but the hashbrown casserole was very good.    [19 Feb 2006 14:32:51]

Avoid This Restaurant
During our Fall 2003 vacation (October 16 - 20) our group of ten decided that we wanted to eat at this restaurant.

We called ahead and got our names on the list out of consideration for the staff and so that we would not have to wait upon our arrival. The woman who answered the phone put our name on the list and told us that the wait would be 30 to 35 minutes.

When we arrived 35 minutes later we were told that we would have to wait an additional 30 minutes.

I spoke to a woman who claimed to be the owner and I have to say that I have never been treated so rudely. This woman was downright nasty. She made it very clear that we could take it or leave it and then she had the nerve to show me the door.

I am a successful business owner and cannot believe that any person...especially the owner of a business would treat a customer this way.

Since the establishment is privately owned, all I could do is vote with my wallet and take my money and my party of ten and go elsewhere.

Joey's Pancake House has the best pancakes around. We really enjoy the quality, cleanliness and consistency of service and food. As a matter of fact when we get married this summer we are going to ask Joey's to make us our wedding cake out of pancakes!!! Great coffee service. Joey's Pancakes is the best!!!

i was part of a group of 20 people(16 high school students and 4 teachers) traveling to Mississippi to help hurricane victims and mrs. brenda(owner)was the kindest sweetest person you could ever meet. there was constant movement from the kitchen and coffee was always being served. this is the best service and best breakfast i have ever had!!! i highly recommend this place.    [17 Apr 2007 00:06:27]
