Recently my family stopped in the Grizzly's Grill & Saloon in Grand Forks. The waitress was very friendly and helpful, at first. We ordered Bloody Marys & I asked if they were spicy and she said not bad, well, needless to say, they were so hot we couldn't drink them. She asked if the drinks were ok & I said no, they were too hot. She just laughed, never offered to get me something else.

We ordered, it took over a 1/2 an hour to get our food. People that were seated after us were getting served. (We ordered, chicken fried chicken, beef fajitas, and boneless chicken wings which ended up being popcorn chicken. I questioned this & again, she laughed). We finally asked where our food was, she went & checked, her reasoning was, the chicken was frozen so it took a little longer. WHATEVER! I would hope that the chicken was frozen being as it was deep fried. We complained about the wait, the manager came out & apologized & gave us 25% off. We sat & waited another 15 minutes for a bill, finally had to go to the front desk.

We go to Grand Forks quite often; we will never go to this eating establishment again and will strongly voice our opinion of the crappy service & the crappy tasting food. We were very disappointed in the manager & serving staff.    [06 Apr 2006 10:33:13]

Free Bath
On 01/14/2007 five of us came into your saloon to eat. We were seated at table 11/1 by your hostess. Our server was Jessica. We ordered our drinks, and when she returned with them she dumped three glasses of water right in my lap. As you can imagine the rest of the night did not go well.
I guess what confused me was that she never even made an offer to buy me a drink or even take something off the bill. I guess I know where not to eat.    [18 Jan 2007 14:26:27]
