Great food, terrible service
My fiancee and I visited the Country Cow in Campton, NH recently. The food was excellent, including the calamari. However, when the bill arrived, there was a 2.50 extra charge for fries, which the waitress had said came with the meal. When asked, she became extremely defensive and told us the extra fee was 'on the menu.' Upon returning with my credit card receipt, she did not even speak to us. Great place for sure
I used to not only work for the Country Cow, but I also have been going there to eat since, well, forever. The people are wonderful, the food is amazing, and the prices are not expensive at all. The only thing I reccomend is not going at night, unless you like a crowd. Sunday Brunch is awesome, and lunch is awesome, and quiet. Great spot
We spent a week in NH recently and found ourselves at the Cow a time or two. Always friendly exceptional service and great food. A must try on your trip to Waterville or Loon for skiing. Yummy.    [06 Feb 2008 21:09:40]
