Cute Idea/Worst Food Don't eat here. You may be tempted because there is a model train that circles the restaurant. You've just visited Storyland with your kids and you think the train will entertain them while they wait for food. And it will. But the breakfast items we had were so bad that I couldn't eat...and I was starving. Everything...eggs, pancakes, breakfast meats...tasted like seriously stale fryolator grease. It was a trans-fat fiesta. I was on vacation. I wasn't looking for health food, but this stuff was just gross. Don't support this place until they get their act together, clean the griddle, and get some fresh ingredients and decent recipes. How can you mess up scrambled eggs? I don't know, but they did! Fast! And the Kids loved it! The line out the door said it all...great food, fair prices and the kids loved the train set that circles the dining area. The breakfast staples got kudos from all. The extra large blueberry pancakes were a hit! The afore mentioned line moved quickly so don't turn away if you see one. We liked breakfast so much we came back after Storyland to try lunch...Great! Great Food Every Visit! Our family has been going to Glen Junction every summer for the past 8 years! We have never been disappointed in the food or the service. The place is packed whenever we get there and we look forward to their unforgettable pancakes and the train fries. I'm not sure where anonymous went to eat but he definitely missed the boat (the train!) [19 Jul 2007 19:23:28]

Great Food, Great Prices, Great Time! What more can I say...this restaurant is the place to go if you are visiting Glen, in the beautiful white mountains of New Hampshire. We have been going for over 15 years and our vacation is not complete without several visits for breakfast and lunch. Glen Junction caters to families and big appetites. If you are looking for great food at great prices and speedy service, don't pass Glen Junction by. For the best breakfast in town, try the Conductor Special, Eggs Benedict, Crispy Thin Pancakes or one of the daily specials. For lunch, try the Cranberry Cog or the overstuffed sandwiches from the Club Car. Our family has never had a bad meal there and would recommend it to everyone who visits the area especially if you have kids. A great place to go before and after Storyland. [25 Jul 2007 16:20:24]
