Wonderful neighborhood restaurant
We have eaten here at least once/month for the past several years. Georgio's is a friendly neighborhood restaraunt that offers good food and good service. A nice change in a world of chain restaraunts. The menu is mostly Italinan dishes. I would recommend the Chicken Balsamico and their blue cheese dressing.    [08 Aug 2006 16:45:34]

Owner told us not to come back
Hello, I just thought I should share my experience with Georgios. We had ordered take-out from them many times within the past few months since their new location opened. Each and every time my wife would order their Ship salad and requested that chicken be added to it (a simple request you would think). Well, every time they have neglected to put chicken on the salad, and every time we would call back... tell them the messed up our order, then have to go back and pick up the chicken that they forgot.
Well, this last time my wife ordered the same salad, with chicken as usual... and she even was sure to place her order with a manager so it wouldn't get screwed up! Well, sure enough it still did get screwed up: the salad had no chicken. So, same as always my wife called to inform them that they again screwed up her order... except this time she was put on the phone with the owner of Georgios. My wife explained what happened and how many times it had happened before and do you know what the owner said to her?

"Well, if we keep messing up your order why don't you just go somewhere else?"

Naturally we were shocked at the absolutely horrible customer service we were recieving, the owner offered to have us come by and pick up the chicken that was not included so long as we "never come back" ...but we decided to let it go. Can't wait to return
A friend suggested to try Georgio's on a Saturday @ 7:00. Very crowded but well served anyway. We were offered a cocktail while standing in lounge. Service was outstanding. The dinner was delicious and plenty of it.
The only complaint would be the staff wrestling and playing in sight. We were at a pub table and looked over twice as the horseplay continued. Very surprised in such a nice establishment.
We do go out to enjoy a quiet evening and other than that it was very enjoyable.    [02 Apr 2007 13:47:39]

We loveeeeee this restaurant
The food is fabulous, some of the best! We enjoy the pizza, pasta, salads and of course the drinks. Can't wait to go back. The atmosphere is very friendly! The wait staff is excellent. Congratulations on a very nice restaurant!    [29 Aug 2007 16:35:32]

Disappointed
I was one of your first customers and always loyal. Carol, Amherst Label. I ate at your place today, and the prices were $6.00 more than ususal, and the portions were not any bigger. And the waiter sucked, and the drinks were not very good. Someone there needs to learn how to make a good Margharita. Remember me the one with the oxygen these days. Don't think that I will be back after today.

If I had to pay $6.00 more for each dinner, why we not offered a salad, that would have cost you probably $1.50 each?    [13 Apr 2008 22:21:14]
