It's the best! We live in Pennsylvania and travel to the White Mountain area for summer vacation and always make sure we go to Polly's at least once. The pancakes are great!! You can pick a sampling of different kinds of pancake. One of the best things is that the waitress/waiter brings half of your pancakes first and then comes back a little later with the rest of your pancakes just off the griddle. Everything we ever tried was great. [14 Apr 2002 11:02:30]

I'm Nuts About Polly's Pancakes I've been known to leave my house in MA at 5:30 in the AM on Saturdays to travel to Polly's for pancakes by 8:30. There's nothing like that where I live. Actually, there's nothing like that by where I live because there is no imagination by where I live (MA). [29 Sep 2002 15:29:43]

I wish there was a Polly's closer to home! We have travelled north on vacation for many years. We always seem to end up in the Mt. Washington area and make an immediate pilgrimage for Polly's at least once, perhaps more than once. We have never had lunch even though it looks so good, we always have pancakes and the fresh meats that are from a local butcher. We always bring home a carload of batter mix, delicious maple products including their syrup. Yum,Yum,Yum! [21 Oct 2003 00:43:12]

Better Than I Had Remembered! It has been several years since my last visit, and I am glad that I took time to renew my acquaintance with Polly's Pancake Parlor this Fall. The view out the front door is just as gorgeous, and the pancakes are fluffier and more tasty than I had remembered, with blueberry-cornmeal, walnut-buckwheat, and pecan-oatmeal combinations. The honey-smoked bacon is delicious and the country-style sausages very satisfying. I sure am glad that I went back! [29 Sep 2006 13:47:18]
