Poor service
It was our anniversary, and we really wanted to sit and enjoy our food, but the service was really bad. The appetizer was served about one minute before our main meal was served, and by the time we were done with the appetizer, the meal was cold! Service and the staff was especially rude. This seafood restaurant chain is very good. My husband and I have been to the one in Boston and really like both places. We enjoy the food, and we had no problem with the service. We have been back many times and will continue to do so.    [01 Apr 2005 18:14:37]

My boyfriend and I dined at McCormick & Schmick after shopping at the mall. We were seated right away and did not see a server for 8 minutes. By the time the server finally showed up, we gave him our entire order including appetizers, entrees, and wine. When our appetizers came out we still had no wine! I stopped another server and he got it for us. I was fuming at the lack of service.It ruined our dinner. I have waited on tables for 5 years and understand the steps of service. The restaurant was not busy at all and the server could not be found for 15 minutes. I would never recomend this place to anyone!    [26 Jun 2006 16:21:48]
