Unprofessionalism at it's worst
Not only are the bagels cold, hard and stale, the management is highly unprofessional. After we placed a fairly large order for our company breakfast, the delivery man returned to pick up any unused paper goods and condiments. Icky Greasy Non-Kosher
I guess their core customers moved to the other side of town. This place's heyday was in the 70s and 80s. There were gorgeous sandwiches and traditional dishes: bagels, knishes, mushroom barley soup, huge crunchy onion rings. Fast service too.

I don't know what happened but in the 90s they closed for about two years and when they reopened it was never the same. Bad service, sub-par food, and kind of skanky atmosphere.
