Desmond was great!
I have been going to Banzai every year for my birthday, and for the past few years, the food hasn't been as great, but when I went a few days ago for my birthday, the food was excellent. Desmond was a great chef and I would like to have him again next time.    [01 Feb 2002 16:34:24]

Great for the Whole family
I have been going there since I was a kid. Now I have moved out of state and still continue to make it a point for myself and my family to always go here before we make the long trip back home. They have great food, friendly and helpful staff. And it's wonderful to watch the chefs work at the tables.    [06 Jun 2002 05:52:37]

Single UNFRIENDLY
I must tell you that tonight's visit to the restaurant is going to be my last for a VERY long time, if not forever. I joined a group for dinner, and we all had coupons for the dinner for 2 special. They said the coupon isn't valid for a single dinner. I wound up paying the same amount the others did but only got chicken, while they feasted on steak, chicken and shrimp. They acuaally wanted to charge me $30.00 as a single to have the same meal EVERYONE else was having. Be real. Horrible Customer Service
I have always been a huge fan of this restaurant. I love the food and it is always an entertaining experience. However, after my experience last night I will never go again. We had a coupon for a buy one get one free meal. We gave it to our waitress at the beginning of the meal and she accepted it. We proceeded to have a pleasant dinner. They brought us our receipt and had correctly taken off the $17.00 for my chicken meal. We proceeded to pay. After we had paid, signed the receipt, and were about to leave, they told us that the coupon was not acceptable because it had expired the day before. They insisted that we pay them for my meal. I argued with them that we had already paid, but they insisted. Then, when I asked the lady for her name so I could write to the owner, she refused to give it to me. I was shocked to have such horrible customer service and I refuse to go back.    [03 Nov 2007 15:15:14]
