Surprisingly Good Food for a Smoke Martini Bar
I always knew this as a fun but crowded and smoky martini bar so it came as a surprise when I first ate there that the food is absolutely delicious.    [10 Jan 2003 17:17:56]

Amazing Food, Great Martinis & Hot Staff
I first went to Clydz for cocktails with co-workers, and was completely taken care of by their attentive staff. Not to mention how good looking both the men and women were. I have since taken dates over to Clydz to delve into the great world of martinis and fine cuisine. Clydz is a great night out for any crowd.    [29 Jan 2004 14:12:35]

Best Food Ever!!!
I have never eaten food that good! I would recommend Clydz to everyone I know. The atmosphere was cozy and the staff was very attentive, But the Food was out of this world.    [13 Feb 2004 15:53:15]

I Love Clydz
My husband and I have eaten here countless times over the years, just the two of us or to take people out for their birthdays.

We know we will never have bad service or bad food. Staff is knowledgable, friendly and professional. Food is always first rate and imaginative; presented like a four-star restaurant. Menus change often and ingredients are varied. Something for everyone.

Clydz Tops in Consistency
As a long-time customer who's been dining here since they opened, I can safely say that Clydz has the best food and service of any restaurant in New Brunswick. I say that as a person who's eaten at Frog and the Peach, Panico's, Stage Left, Nova Terra, and just about every restaurant in New Brunswick. Mike, the manager/co-owner, is on hand every night to keep the well-trained staff on its toes, as well as to make sure that every diner is satisfied. (note: Regular customers are often rewarded by extra solicitous service - that's part of what keeps us coming back).

I recommend it to everyone, and I always get the same feedback: "It was wonderful! Thanks for recommending it!"

Make your reservations now; you won't regret it. You just might discover you have a new favorite restaurant.    [28 Nov 2004 01:04:15]

Recommended Dishes: Anything and everything, but definitely the ostrich if it's on the menu. It tastes like tender, very lean beef. Exquisite.

What a find!
This is a great little restaurant with attentive service and excellent food. Imaginative menu with something for everybody. Nice presentations, too. I had the seared ahi tuna, which was one of the beat examples of this I have ever eaten. The ambiance leaves a little to be desired, though. You have to walk through a crowded and smoky martini bar to get to the dining room. All in all, one of the best restaurants in central NJ.    [18 Dec 2005 13:24:29]
