My All-Time Favorite Restaurant

THE place to dine
Recently, we took a group of 6 to lunch at the restaurant. From the moment you enter the front door, you know that this is THE place to expect and receive the highest quality food and service. It was an experience to remember. The Crab Cake platter is the best I've ever had (including on trips to Europe). Succulent crabmeat (minus the standard fillers you find in most restaurants). The Pasta with pruciosotto and sun dried tomatoes was exceptional. The Squid platter was again -- the best.
Not only is the food excellent, the presentation is definitely a 4-star. This is THE restaurant that you definitely do not want to miss if you are looking for that exceptional expereince in dining in a restaurant that CARES about GOOD FOOD and SERVICE!    [06 Feb 2004 17:40:16]

Superb EVERY time! Worth every penny!
Your experience at Giumarello's - whether for an every-day dining treat or a special event - will be one you won't forget. The atmosphere is lovely and comfortable, the service is friendly and knowledgable, the food is expertly prepared and artfully presented, and be sure to save room for dessert! Horrible experience
I had to sit at the tiniest table in dining history, and had the waitress step on my foot 3 times, while only a third of the room was filled. I Was served at lightening speed, while the table next to us (who were obvious regulars) got a huge table and relaxing pace.
