This was unexpeted!
I went to make three identical orders for wife, son and I. It was 2:30 PM on a Saturday Afternoon. It was active and I observed other customers repeatedly going back to the counter after receiving their orders with various descrepancies. I ordered 3 Lota Combos $5.15 ea. with an extra patty $1.10 ea, green chile $0.40 ea,, extra cheese $0.40 ea., and bacon $0.60 ea., mayo, mustard seasoned fries, and Diet Dr. Pepper. One order should come up to 7.65. I say this because even though I ordered three orders the lady taking the order had only added up one. So she goes to correct the order by adding on two more orders.

Here in lies the problem. Order #2 came back as follows:
Lota Combo $10.30
Lota Pattie $3.30
grn Chili $1.20
ex cheese $1.20
She forgot the Bacon
mayo, mustard, seasoned fries, Dt. Dr. Pepper.
Total $16.00 for burger #2

Mind you Oder #3 was identical to order #2 the way she totaled it up also at $16.

I paid and then went to wait for the order. I started reviewing the receipt and adding in my head noticed the discrepancies. I went to talk to the register clerk and she argued with me when I stated I was being doubled and tripled charged. While she argued with me I could not help but notice the cooks goofing off in the background. I learned later the clerk at the register was the manager. she would admit no fault and would not offer to examine the receipt. I asked for the main office phone number but she conveniently could not find it.

Once I received the order I found the second patties missing, the extra cheese missing and even the one order of bacon missing. I went back to the clerk at the register and reported the missing food that was paid for. She just looked at me and said she was too busy, a cook right behind her wiped his nose with plastic gloves on and went right to the lettuce/onions with the same gloves and started dressing a burger without changing the gloves.

I have tried to find a phone number to call for Blakes Lotaburger Main Office, but had no luck to report this. There is no New Mexico State Environment sticker posted for Health Inspection so I will check into that.

The manager made no offer to return the overcharge, make up for missing food, or the argument. If she had, I would probably let this slide.
