Chile Rellenos to die for
El Paisano is a resturant that I plan my vacation around. The Chile Rellenos are to die for. They are not fried, but cooked on top of a griddle using blue corn meal. They are not drowned in batter like you usually find. They cook them the way they should be done.

The restaurant is a good source of pottery from Casa Grande. You get great pots for not a lot.    [01 Sep 2003 10:06:48]
