Fantastic
What a wonderful restaurant. My parents recommended Rancho de Chimayo for dinner and we had a fantastic time. The green chile was the best I have ever tasted.    [02 Apr 2003 18:33:33]

Don't Miss
This restaurant was recommended to us by our neighbors, and the food was excellent, which is a high praise from me as I am not a big fan of Mexican food. I am even going to buy the cookbook.    [11 Jul 2003 11:18:43]

Don't Miss It
What a treat! We were told this was a "don't miss," and we toasted the person who recommended it to us with the restaurant's signature prickly pear lemonade.

We ate our way through New Mexico, always on the lookout for green chile stew. Although we don't lack for wonderful Mexican food in California, green chile stew, not to mention sopaipillas, are unique to New Mexico.

Definitely one of the high points of our trip.    [24 Jul 2004 17:05:06]

Wonderful
Delightful setting in a beautiful part of Northern New Mexico. Classic New Mexican food done well and let's be clear on this--it's not "Mexican" food, the dishes may sound the same but this is a regional cuisine. My wife and I have visited this area and this restaurant for years and it's always worth the trip. Knockout desserts, such as the pumpkin flan that we had there last November.    [03 Dec 2005 08:06:05]
