Great Historic Restaurant Authentic Southwestern Food from old family recipes. The historic hacienda built in 1801 has been restored to perfection. The ghost stories from an 1898 shoot out still exist. The old hacienda has a colorful history and great New Mexican food. The bar is a popular spot for locals and visitors. The menu will satisfy anyone who likes New Mexican food. Fantastic patio dining in the summer months and kivas/fireplaces warm the areas during the winter.
I have to give Rancho de Corrales the highest rating possible. It has left me with many fond memories. []

Not Likely to Try Again With the recent change in ownership the food/service has gone further downhill. We used to eat in the bar (for some reason the food was better in there), but now the bar is closed too. Ghosts are not enough to draw me to eat at a less than appetizing restaurant.
