The Best The only thing better than the service was the burrito! The donuts were also great.
A few booths and a 'home like' atmosphere.
I had the Brisket burrito and it was out of this world. My girlfriend had the flautas and they were also great. We came back the next day to have the bean burrito and I had a breakfast burrito.
The food was fresh, home cooked, and pretty healthy! It was great, I loved the entire Bosa Experience. [13 Oct 2005 10:51:13]

The best again My husband and I love Bosa for their burritos! They're great with an awesome homemade taste. The donuts were perfectly baked to top off your meal as a dessert, or even for breakfast! It was great enough that we recommended our in-laws to go there when they came visiting into town! [02 May 2006 15:28:48]

Limited Menu, But Not Bad Bosa Donuts and Burritos is a smallish place on Avenida de Mesilla, not far from South Main St. It is actually nicer inside than you might expect from the rather crummy parking lot and the dark windows. There are some nice tables and a few comfortable-looking booths. The little restaurant appears clean and orderly. The two women working the place were friendly and nice. The menu is very, very limited. A couple donut cases fill the front of the place at the central counter. I tried a blueberry filled donut and I must say it was pretty good. It was packed full of a delicious filling. I also ordered the brisket burrito which was ready in about 60 seconds. Thus, it doesn't appear that the takeout window would be a problem here. The burrito was of medium size for about $2.45...a good deal. The brisket itself was pretty good; flavorful and a little spiced up! It also had a little cabbage in it which gave it a nice texture. Not a bad burrito...especially for the money. In sum, while there are many places around town with better burritos, it must be said that their service is not as fast as Bosa and their burritos cost more. It must also be said that Bosa's "brisket" burrito is something of a novelty and worth a try. It is not a bad meal if you are in a hurry, don't want to pay much, and are in the neighborhood. This is, obviously, not a place for a formal meal or a special occasion. [19 Jul 2008 17:34:58]
