Wonderful Greek Food
Tiffany's is a casual order at the counter place and they bring the food to your table. Nothing fancy. The people behind the counter are pleasant and customers were quickly greeted as they came in. The prices are a little higher than one might expect... e.g. $8.00 for a gyro and fries. I had the gyro with a Greek salad replacing the fries for 75 cents more.
I must say, however, the gyro and the salad were huge. Lots of tasty meat and the salad was not just a side... it literally took up most of the plate. Real silverware and a nice sharp knife came with the meal. The other Greek food we did not try looked fantastic (e.g. spankopita). We'll have them the next time. It would also be interesting to try their pizza some time. All-in-all, the gyro was the best I have had in Las Cruces... bigger and better than Phoenicia or International Delights. Even though the price is a little steep, it was well worth it. The Greek salad was very good. If you want good Greek food and are not too concerned about a fancy or high-styled ambiance, you will enjoy your meal at Tiffany's. Highly recommended.    [23 Jan 2006 18:40:49]
