Substandard Sanitary Conditions
Ate at this restaurant, saw an employee open a bag of fries with his teeth, another employee made my Whopper without gloves and another employee dropped the lid to a catsup container, picked it up off the floor, did not rinse it and put it back on the bottle. This has all been reported to the City of Rio Rancho Health Dept who told me they have no inspectors at this time but that they would get back to me after an investigation is complete.    [26 Oct 2004 22:27:37]

Constant poor, slow service. Cold hamburgers and their milk shake machine never works. If you just have to eat at a Burger King drive about 3 miles South to the other one in Rio Rancho where you will have a better chance of getting what you ordered and more palatable.    [11 May 2005 01:28:49]

Poor Health Conditions
This BK isn't any better than the other one in Rio Rancho. Employees stand around talking to each other and ignore customers. Place it not clean at all, afraid to even sit down to eat. Their restrooms are even worse!

Terrible Experience
Slow. Impersonal. Cold Food. Employees sitting on the ice machine, food counter and food staging area. Disgusting. When I asked for a manager, I was told there wasn't one on duty and no one could help me. They won't have to worry about helping me again because I won't go back again.
