Very poor service will never go there again, I live in Fernley and thought I would give Mac's a chance again, once more what a depressed place to go. The management to young to notice or care, the young lady taking order if she does not like her job don't work and along with the manager.......I will voice my opinion..to all I know in Fernley. Not only did the order come out wrong but when it was brought back there was no I am sorry, or have a small soda on us nothing. Poor Customer service and I could do much better running the rest. Wow is the word for it
I have lived in Fernley all my life and I know first hand how that store is. I used to have a friend who worked there and lets just say there is very poor managment.    [21 Feb 2006 01:07:38]
