missing food
Our office ordered food through the drive through... order taker rang up too many taquitos...removed them all, then added the 1 order of taquitos requested and STILL didn't get the order of taquitos into the bag.

GOT SICK!!!
My husband and I eat at Jack N the Box frequently. Friday night we both got the chicken fajita pita. I noticed when he got home that the wrapper was hardly warm. My husband got up during the night vomiting and about 10 am on Saturday I started getting sick. I had stomach cramps and was aching and had upset stomach. That was Friday and today I am still having cramps. My husband has started to feel better. I recommend that the food be prepared when the customer orders. With the temperature of the wrapper, I know that the food had been laying out for a while. I probably won't eat there again. It depends what staff is working as to the condition of the restaurant.    [27 Jul 2003 19:45:38]

My girls and I always stop at Jack before heading home from the clubs and it's always been a great meal to recuperate all the stregth from dancing!! Plus we wouldn't have the will to cook at that time so we thank you Jack for making our fun more enjoyable.    [09 May 2005 19:15:58]
