Too little too late
Having waited 30 minutes (along with many other frustrated customers) for a chicken caesar salad, I was disappointed - to put it mildly - to find that it was lettuce and chicken. Where were the croutons, parmesan cheese and dressing????
The wait got to be so ridiculous that the Manager put a hold on any more orders being taken until the backlog was cleared up - for a fast food restaurant this was an absolute disgrace. It will be a long, long time before I try Burger King again.    [11 Jul 2003 20:20:51]
