Horrible Service
We made a day trip to Wendover and wanted to eat at a buffet. The buffet at the Rainbow came recommended as kid-friendly by the lady working at the West Wendover Visitor's Center. We got there about 45 minutes before lunch ended. We took our time, and when lunch was over and they started converting over to dinner we were still eating.

At that point, our waitress disappeared and service completely stopped. Plates piled up, drinks didn't get refilled, workers sat around talking and laughing and we were completely ignored. We actually had to reach over the counter into the display case to get dessert, because no one came over to help us after we had been standing there for a few minutes.

The food was OK, but we won't ever come back because of the service.    [04 Sep 2007 11:45:43]
