Best Italian Restaurant In NYC
Emilio Ballatos Restaurant has excellent food. The service is great and they make you feel at home. Emilio makes his own homemade pastas and raviolis each day. I had linguini with clam sauce and it was to die for. My wife had the veal chop the meat was tender and cooked just right. Me and my wife will definately come to this restaurant more often. Leave Your Kids At Home.
Ballato's somehow got written up in a family guidebook to NYC, this is not a place for kids or families. The food and service are excellent, the wine list superb, highly, highly recommended for couples and groups of adults. Too quiet, small and dark for children and no room in the bathrooms for more than one person.    [07 Apr 2005 16:47:23]
