The Perfect Little Bistro
Chic and European without pretentions, this is a surprisingly cozy neighborhood spot in midtown. In summer, try for an outdoor table. In Manhattan, this is one of the rare, truly pleasant (no traffic) spots to dine outdoors.    [06 May 2006 18:31:26]
