Tellys Is Like You're in Greece
I love this place! The food is great. Telly's is a place we go to often. We usually have the green salad that is out of this world, grilled octopus, and a whole grilled fish that is usually big enough to share. The fish is so fresh you think it was caught while you were eating your appetizers. service is friendly and they serve a complimentary desert on weeknights that is so good. It is fried dough drizzled in honey. The owner is so friendly, you'd think you were related.    [01 Nov 2005 00:54:48]

Great Grilled Fish at a Great Price
Telly's Taverna was a great experience! We met a couple friends that have been there before; they knew what to order and it was amazing. The green salad was a salad that I could eat everyday. The octopus was so tender And the fish was as fresh as could be, I think they caught it that day. Thats All Greek
We had a wonderful diner at Telly's Taverna in Astoria Queens.The food was amazing.. Fresh grilled fish, an amazing salad filled with feta cheese. the service was friendly and i highly recommend it because the prices were unbeatable for the portion sizes.    [02 Jun 2006 12:15:13]
