One of the two best pizza places in Amherst Ain't nothing worst than lousy pizza, but this place won't disappoint. There are 2 places for pizza in Amherst Old Town and Angelos- Both have great pizza but are different styles. I like them both and switch off. I honestly think these 2 places make the best pizza I've ever had with slight edge to Old Town [25 Nov 2006 18:33:05]

Olde Town Pizza House provides one of the best meals ever! With so many delicious foods to choose from, you cannot go wrong when you eat here. The service is alway great--very friendly and personable servers. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area! [16 Feb 2007 00:03:43]

Great Salads As a salad lover who recently moved to Ohio, I find few places that serve really good salads and a variety of salads. Old Town offers the best salads and best variety I have found in the Amherst/Lorain/Elyria area. The food here is good, so don't be in a hurry. [30 Aug 2007 18:36:40]

Expensive for I will come out and say that for me living in Amherst for 20 years, I have only been here 5 times. Why you may ask? They are unbelieveably expensive, I cannot see paying $18 for a pizza. The pizza isn't even that great (it's average, whoopie.), and the service, especially with high school kids is TERRIBLE. They are rude, inconsiderate, and are always screwing around. Now I know why I don't go there. In my opinion, save 9 bucks and go to that Italian pizza shop, it's way better tasting. Unhappy customer
Fantastic Food, Staff, and Owners! An refreshing mix of hometown service and excellent Pizza, Calzones, Salads, Subs, Pasta etc. The Salad bar is well maintained and packed with fresh vegetables. The Pizza may be a tad expensive but really packs a punch and each piece weighs a ton! Highly Recommended. [24 Jun 2008 23:13:35]
