They know good food & service This is my lunch and dinner choice for consistently well prepared food. Always close parking and quick service. Whether just one or a party of 8, waitresses are attentive, friendly and knowledgeable of the menu items and specials. Drink orders are taken and delivered promptly. Atmosphere is bright, cheerful and clean. Food is delivered to the tables hot and quick. There are not many place that know what good veal is so you won’t be disappointed ordering it here because they know how to prepare it. Sauces and gravy are super. On most occasions I have seen the owner sitting strategically with an ear on customer comments as they check out and an eye on the kitchen. A small coin operated basketball machine was fun for the kids on the way out. [09 May 2007 23:45:46]

A fan!
What A Dump!!!!! My family arrived at 10:30 & we were seated by 10:33. A 55 minute wait for food ensued. My sister’s french toast was cold so she cancelled her order. My brother & I ordered similar omelets but she couldn’t tell which one was his & which one was mine. She used his fork to pick apart the omelet in order to determine if he had the right one. This freaked him so he didn’t eat. My mother ordered a waffle with apple topping & a side of bacon. The apples were almost frozen & the bacon was raw. My omelet was undercooked & my hash browns were burnt. No one refilled our drinks or brought us syrup, ketchup, etc. so we had to get our own. Other customers were refilling their own coffee cups. I stopped to pay the $34.28 bill & when I told the cashier that everything sucked, he said “It was as good as it was going to be.” Great professionalism. I can assure you of one thing and that is that no member of my family will ever go to Dianna’s Deli again, & we will never suggest it to anyone. [12 May 2008 10:35:08]
