A hometown Favorite
I have lived nearly my entire life in the Batavia area. So I'm sure you know I of course attend the local restaurants religiously. Buffalo Wings and Rings not only has wonderful food but the service and atmosphere are exceptional. I attend this restaurant religiously. If you enjoy Buffalo style wings, they have the best in town. Terrible!!!!!!!!!!!
I have went there occassionally, but now will never go back. I live in the area. Ordered 15 wings, a basket of fries and one salad. 45 minutes later, got a salad that had brown wilted lettuce and nothing else. not a bit of attention from the waitresses. TERRIBLE SERVICE TERRIBLE FOOD
This Buffalo Wings & Rings is really bad. The service was awful like they didn’t care, the management didn’t care. The food came out late, cold, and so tough we couldn’t eat it. My sons grilled cheese was disgusting, no butter just bread and cheese, my hamburger came out burnt and cold, I will never go back to this location, you know I went to a bike night at the Norwood Buffalo Wings & Rings and these people really know customer service!!! The food was great, the staff was very helpful and I actually got asked by the blonde manager how everything was, I could tell she really cared maybe these to locations need to get together and help each other, let Norwood show them the true way to give customer service and serve good food.    [30 Aug 2008 12:34:08]
