This Panera bread is terrible!!! Approximately 2 months ago, my family and I were traveling to Cedar Point, and stopped for breakfast. While eating my sandwich in the car, I bit into a chewy, paper substance. It turns out there was a wrapper in the sandwich. I called the store immediately, and was told that they would send some cupons for my trouble. After waiting several weeks, I called back, and was assured they would send some coupons. Last thing is that I emailed them and still got no response. Abolutely pathetic and I will never go back!!!    [20 Oct 2008 18:55:42]
