Good Food - Bad Service My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here. We had an excellent time and the food was great. We recommended the restaurant and a certain room to my father who took a first date there. The "kid" who answered the phone did not put down the room they requested and the server took his date's plate without asking if she would like it boxed. The food is good, however a bit pricey to have a server pitch half of it. No one was looking for something for free, but it would have been nice had someone offered them something for their inconvenience. I am embarrassed that I recommended the restaurant for their first date. It is unfortunate that they will probably not return. Although, my husband and I had a good experience I doubt we will chance the same thing happening to us. [11 Mar 2005 21:17:38]

What is going on? My Mom and her fiancee have been planning to have their rehearsal dinner at Chuddabings for months now. They have met with the owner who was very nice about everything. We know him well from going there a lot ovet the past few years. Food has always been excellent. But now, the message on the answering machine says they are relocationg, but no one tells you where too and when. Rehearsal dinner is in less then 3 weeks!! [29 May 2005 16:54:17]

CLOSED too bad they are gone... the food and the atmosphere were wonderful. If you were lucky a guy would sing opera. We loved going because it was NOT like dining in most of the mundane eateries of the Youngstown area. Good luck to them wherever they are! [25 Aug 2006 23:48:03]
