Bagel Cafe, Centerville
Yesterday, I drove to the Bagel Cafe in Centerville to get Bagels. I call ahead of time at 8:30 a.m. to order four dozen and was informed they would be ready, as I told them I would be there around 2 p.m. Then I called them back at 1:45 to inform them I would be later around 2:30 or 3:00 p.m. and again was told they would be ready. I got there at 3:00 p.m. and they were not ready and they didn't even have what I ordered. I drove for one hour to get your bagel, because I like them so well, but this was terrible. I ended up getting the amount I wanted but not the kind I wanted. They did give them to me free, which was nice but I still wanted the kind I wanted, as my grandchilden and I like certain kind.
I have placed two calls to you and you have not returned my calls, I guess

Bagel Cafe, Centerville
I took some friends to the Bagel Cafe in Centerville 10/5/08, and the customer service was terrible. The place was dirty, counter had duct tape holding it together, the behavior of the employees were like visiting a day care and I didn't see one supervisor at all. It was a mess, and I will not go back and I would not recommend this place to anyone.    [06 Oct 2008 08:41:25]
