terrible service
I ordered from CJ's for the first and last time this evening. I called in to place an order and after placing the order with a gentleman, a woman asked if she can take my order, I placed it with her and asked what the total was. It was very loud in the background and the woman yelled "where's the calculator?" The woman said the total is $10.90 and that my order would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. I arrived in about 20 minutes and my order was almost ready, but, I was told the total was $17 and some change and that they can show me the prices. Suffice to say, I told them that is okay I don't want it. I asked for my money back and as I left, I heard the woman say she has an attitude. Shame on you CJ's. You get an "F" for customer service. Too bad I did not get to try the food, but customer service is important to me. If it is to you as well, I would recommend you pass this place and head somewhere else.    [16 Sep 2007 20:51:22]
