Part of a chain of Cup 'O Joe coffee houses located throughout central Ohio including Bexley and German Village. Most of the parking is west of the location, however you can usually find street parking on N. High St.

Bad Service
WE waited for 20 minutes in the "full sevice" section and no server ever approached us. So we went to the other side of the place to get food to carry over to our table, and were told we were not allowed to do so since the other side was a full service. When I said we had been waiting and no server had ever approached us, I was simply told "sorry." Last time I will ever go to any Cup 'O joe."    [29 Jan 2006 07:11:04]

Really Really Bad Service
I went to Cup 'O Joe with a friend for the Sunday brunch. The waitress ignored us for more than 20 minutes while she attended to customers who were seated AFTER we were. We finally had to grab another guy who was serving a different section of the restaurant. He got us our coffee, but our waitress never refilled us! She stopped by once at the very end to give us our check and that is it.    [18 Mar 2007 17:45:04]
